Financial Policy
We are aware that financial aspects of care are very important to parents. We are convinced, through experience, that by rendering quality care and placing the greatest emphasis on PREVENTION we can give the best dollar value. We sincerely feel that the fees we have established are more than fair for the time and effort extended and the quality of service rendered.
We do expect payment at the time of service. For your convenience, payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover .
Insurance
Our office is happy to cooperate with families who have dental insurance. You should be aware that the insurance agreement is between you and the insurance company. Remember also that very few insurance companies attempt to cover all dental costs. Some pay fixed allowances for certain procedures, others pay a percentage of the charge.
Copayments (out of pocket expenses) are to be paid at the time of service.
Please remember that insurance is considered a method of REIMBURSING THE PATIENT for fees paid to the doctor and NOT a substitute for payment. Therefore, the responsibility of payment is assumed by the parent who brings the child in for his/her appointment. We are glad to assist you in any way we can in filling out and filing of your insurance forms.
