Our office is happy to cooperate with families who have dental insurance. You should be aware that the insurance agreement is between you and the insurance company. Remember also that very few insurance companies attempt to cover all dental costs. Some pay fixed allowances for certain procedures while others pay a percentage of the charge.

Co-payments (out of pocket expenses) are expected to be paid at the time of service.

Please remember that insurance is considered a method of REIMBURSING THE PATIENT for fees paid to the doctor and NOT a substitute for payment. Therefore, the responsibility of payment is assumed by the parent who brings the child in for his/her appointment. We are glad to assist you in any way we can in filling out and filing your insurance forms.

We proudly participate with DentaQuest, Fidelis Care, BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, Delta Dental, MetLife, DenteMax, Cigna, ProBenefits/ DentalPay, Guardian, Nova, EBS-RMSCO, Aetna, SEBF (Service Employees Benefit Fund), UFCW Local One, CSEA, Univera, United Concordia Dental (Solstice Benefits) and United Healthcare, Assurant (Dental Health Alliance), New York State Teamsters, BAI Dental and Emblem Health.
